Meghan King Edmonds Talks About Changing Someone’s Life After Brooks Ayers’ Fake Cancer Claims, Adds ‘Something Smells Fishy’

Meghan King Edmonds has been leading the pack when it comes to the ongoing speculation into Brooks Ayers’ cancer diagnosis on The Real Housewives of Orange County. According to the newest star of the show, Ayers’ claims regarding his treatment plan simply didn’t make sense. However, as Meghan King Edmonds appears to be proven wrong during tonight’s new episode, which shows Ayers’ medical records, she’s chosen to stay silent on the topic on both Twitter and Instagram.

While Meghan King Edmonds often speaks of the topic on social media, she hasn’t in the days since the preview clip for tonight’s new episode was shared days ago.

As Meghan King Edmonds and her co-stars appear to be silenced, she’s focusing on the positive. Although she did tell fans on Instagram that “something smells fishy,” Meghan King Edmonds wasn’t speaking of Ayers, instead, she was speaking of a photo that included dead fish and snakes. One day prior, on September 26, Meghan King Edmonds shared a photo on Twitter, and again, she ignored her previous claims of Ayers’ having faked cancer.

In her Twitter post, Meghan King Edmonds revealed an inspiring meme.

“You were born with the ability to change someone’s life, don’t ever waste it.”

Meghan King Edmonds joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County earlier this year for Season 10, and ever since, her storyline has been based around her claims regarding Ayers and his allegedly fake cancer. Throughout the season, both Ayers and former girlfriend Vicki Gunvalson have insisted the cancer is real and spoken out against Meghan King Edmonds a number of times. Tonight, however, their claims will likely be proven once and for all with the reveal of his medical records.

Last week, amid Meghan King Edmonds’ allegations, Ayers spoke to Entertainment Tonight, confirming he did, in fact, have stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and slamming his co-stars, including Meghan King Edmonds, for jumping to conclusions before gathering all of the information.

“If you’ve got questions, come to me directly. Don’t talk behind my back, don’t assume and try to put the pieces together,” Ayers told the news site.

While Ayers didn’t appreciate the way Meghan King Edmonds has gone about things (she contacted both his rumored doctor and ex-girlfriend), he said other co-stars have taken a different approach. Specifically, Ayers claimed, Heather and Terry Dubrow chose to come to him for information.

“I think they’re smart enough, savvy enough to understand they don’t know all the details. While they may have some questions and concerns, each and every time they’ve specifically asked me anything on or off camera, I’ve answered them.”

Ayers went on to reveal that although many of his co-stars, namely Meghan King Edmonds, claimed to be concerned about his health as cameras rolled, not one of them has reached out to see how he’s been doing since The Real Housewives of Orange County wrapped filming months ago. According to him, filming wrapped in May, and he has yet to hear from Meghan King Edmonds and the other women. As he puts it, if they sincerely cared, they would have called.

Instead of reaching out to check out Ayers, Meghan King Edmonds has continued her claims against him both on Twitter and in the press, and recently contacted Gretchen Rossi about her new role on the reality show.
