‘Batman V Superman’ Trailers: Details About New Teasers Coming Soon

Interesting details about the upcoming Batman v Superman trailer were revealed this weekend, and it comes with a twist.

Most fans were expecting Warner Bros. to release a new Batman v Superman trailer next month, however, the latest revelations suggest there will be a couple of them. As we near the long-awaited release on March 25, 2016, excitement is in the air. Word of not one, but two teasers was brought to fanboys and girls by El Mayimbe on Heroic Hollywood.

We must keep in mind that these are not official news, and the information is yet to be confirmed, if ever, by the studio. We probably won’t know what kind of Batman v Superman trailers are coming between now and release time until we see them.

The one thing we do know is that fans are more than ready to see a new Batman v Superman trailer, and more footage that can perhaps shed some more clues about the plot is very much wanted by millions of eager followers.

According to these sources, during the Monday, October 26 airing of the Surpergirl premiere on CBS, Warner Bros. is planing to debut a Batman v Superman trailer, focused solely on Superman (Henry Cavill). In an unprecedented move on the same night, during the airing of Gotham on Fox, there will be another trailer focused on Batman (Ben Affleck).

Both Batman v Superman trailers are said to be one minute long and will be the precursor for a full-length trailer to be released along with the debut of Creed on Thanksgiving weekend, November 25. Additionally, there are rumors that the Batman v Superman trailer could come earlier in front of the new James Bond flick Spectre (November 6) or with the conclusion to The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2 (November 20).

We insist that there is nothing written in stone and these are all rumors at this point. However, Heroic Hollywood was previously correct about the Batman v Superman teaser trailer release that was ruined because of leaks in April. Remember these tweets from director Zack Snyder?

In the last Batman v Superman trailer, we saw several of the other characters, as well as a lot of Batman and Superman. This is the official plot line for the blockbuster.

“Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.”

Snyder addressed all the controversy about whether Batman v Superman is a true Man of Steel sequel, which many believe it is not. However, in a recent interview, the director insisted the blockbuster is what will set up the events in both Justice League films being penned by Chris Terrio.

Snyder likened Justice League to the knights-of-the-round-table and said it would be interesting to think about what a standalone Superman movie might be. Even though nothing has been said about a such a film actually being planned, the door was left open for those fans who still feel cheated by the direction Batman v Superman has taken.

Man of Steel was the origins story of Superman, and as such, explored more in-depth than ever where Clark Kent came from and how he adjusted to being an alien with superpowers on Earth. Now, with the upcoming Batman v Superman trailers, we will get more tidbits about the way he interacts with the Dark Knight.
