Anna Duggar’s Siblings Reportedly Planning ‘Divorce Intervention’ — Want Anna To Leave Josh For Good

Since Anna Duggar moved with her four children to live with her family in Florida, her siblings have reportedly been pushing to stage an intervention and persuade their sister to seek divorce from her disgraced husband Josh Duggar, who is seeking treatment in a faith-based rehab for sex addiction.

The move by Anna’s siblings runs counter to previous advice from her in-laws and parents to stay in her marriage. In apparent deference to the advice, Anna, 27, has so far stood firmly with her husband, despite the sordid mess of the Ashley Madison scandal that broke out mid-August and led to the revelation that Josh, 19 Kids and Counting reality show star, was one of thousands of users of the dating website that promoted extramarital affairs.

A source reportedly revealed to Hollywood Life that Daniel Keller, Anna’s brother, is leading the push by Anna’s siblings to convince her to leave her cheating husband, Josh, for good.

Daniel has reportedly won the support of some of his siblings, and they are trying to convince Anna to take the step they believe is best for her.

Anna’s siblings are reportedly seeking to take advantage of the fact that Anna has moved with her children into their family home in Florida, where they have better access to her compared with when she lived surrounded by her in-laws.

“Daniel is leading the charge to get Anna out of her dysfunctional marriage and away from her cheating husband,” the source told Hollywood Life. “He has rallied a couple of their sisters and brothers to take this opportunity to talk some sense into Anna. They know when she’s at home surrounded by the Duggars and their friends, Anna will never listen to them. But Daniel and the others are hoping that getting her away from the Duggar clan will help.”

The siblings are reportedly pushing for a family meeting as a platform to stage an intervention in their sister’s troubled marriage.

The source said, “They want to stage a family meeting or divorce intervention and really tell Anna how they feel.”

Since Josh’s child molestation and the Ashley Madison scandal broke out, Daniel has never hidden his anger with his brother-in-law for cheating on his sister. He recently made angry comments in response to a photo posted to Facebook by Jessa Duggar, showing a Bible verse (1 John 1: 8-9) that speaks of forgiveness.

“You have to confess and forsake your sin to have mercy,” Daniel wrote, “not confess and repeat… think about the victims. Tell me how you’d feel if someone cheated on your sister and brought so much disgrace to you and your family…”

“You have to confess and forsake your sin to have mercy, not confess and repeat…”

“I tell you who I don’t give a s*** about… pig she calls her husband,” he continued. “I told her I would go get her and her children stay w me. She said she’s staying where she’s at. But I won’t stop trying to get that pig out of our family. I have been thinking of [Anna] and sick to my stomach for her for last few days.”

After news that Josh was cheating on his wife on the Ashley Madison website broke out in August, a woman further complicated the crisis with a statement that she had sexual relations with Josh and that she might be pregnant with his baby.

The unidentified woman reportedly told In Touch, “I freaked out because all I was thinking was, ‘Oh my God, I’m pregnant and carrying Josh Duggar’s baby.’ It’s the worst thing that could happen. He’s a monster.”
