Lisa Vanderpump Defends Kim Richards And Kyle Richards Against Drunk And Opportunist Claim

Former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has seen many of the show’s cast members in recent days to celebrate her 51st birthday. On Saturday night, Kim went out to dinner with two of her daughters, son-in-law and sister, current Real Housewives star Kyle Richards. The venue for the birthday dinner was actually Lisa Vanderpump’s Pump restaurant.

Lisa posted a photo of Kim and Kyle hugging one another while at the dinner table. Lisa wrote that it was a beautiful night and that she loves to see Kim and Kyle together.

While most of the responses to the photo were positive, there were some negative ones. One person wrote that Kim, who has struggled with her sobriety and has been in and out of rehab since the end of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5, looks drunk and that, as usual, Kyle was just playing up to the camera.

Lisa Vanderpump was quick to defend Kim Richards and Kyle Richards. On Wednesday, Lisa replied “absolutely not” to the person who accused Kim of being drunk and Kyle an opportunist. Lisa slammed the person for even making such an accusation.

The sisters filmed a tumultuous season five together. Kim behaved erratically and, feeling as if Kyle wasn’t sticking up for her enough, again brought up her accusation from season 1 that Kyle had somehow stolen their mom’s house from under her. At the reunion show, they screamed at one another. Kyle accused Kim of not inviting her to her daughter’s upcoming Cabo wedding out of resentment while Kim made a veiled threat to expose her secrets when Kyle talked about how Kim’s dog bit her daughter and Kim just dismissed the injury.

Yet judging by Kim and Kyle’s recent social media posts, their relationship is good again. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kim described her birthday night with Kyle as “fun quality time.”

After her birthday dinner with Kyle at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant, Kim met up with Yolanda Foster and Brandi Glanville on Wednesday for a birthday lunch. Kim posted a photo of herself with Yolanda and Brandi, commenting that she had “a great birthday lunch with [her] girls.”

Brandi Glanville, who organized the outing, also posted a photo from the birthday lunch. She called Kim “strong” and Yolanda “amazing.” Brandi pointedly ended her tweet with the hashtag “#realfriends.”

The sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently filming. Will Kim Richards make an appearance or two besides Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards and Yolanda Foster? As the Inquisitr reported, as Kim and Kyle walked out of Lisa’s Pump after her birthday dinner, Kim smiled but remained mum when asked if she’ll be on the sixth season. Kyle simply laughed and said, “She’s got this.”
