Jeremy Calvert Meets Leah Messer At The Airport After ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Completes Treatment

Jeremy Calvert met Leah Messer at the airport on last night’s season six finale of Teen Mom 2. Although the two weren’t on good terms prior to the meeting, and had divorced just days prior, Jeremy Calvert put their differences aside in order to make sure their two-year-old daughter, Adalynn, was present when Messer landed in West Virginia after spending 30 days in an Arizona treatment center.

“Thank you, so much,” Messer said to Jeremy Calvert during the episode, as Us Weekly revealed on September 24. “Really, thank you. I’m so excited to see her.”

However, while Messer’s relationship with Jeremy Calvert appears to be heading in the right direction, her relationship with her other ex-husband, Corey Simms, who met with Jeremy Calvert during last week’s episode to discuss Messer’s alleged addiction issues, remains strained.

Prior to Messer’s return, Simms was seen speaking with his father, Jeff Simms, about his concern for his and Messer’s two children, five-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah.

“It’s sad to watch these kids. They’ve been through so much in five years, it’s insane. I guess we’ll go back to regular schedule until we go to court.”

During Teen Mom 2 season six, Jeremy Calvert finalized his divorce from Messer, agreeing to pay her $1,700 per month in child support, while he retained ownership of their home.

As the episode continued, Jeremy Calvert’s ex-wife, who has denied having any sort of drug addiction many times, claimed to have learned helpful coping skills while in treatment. In addition, Messer claimed, she finally realized the importance of maintaining a set schedule for both herself and her three children.

“My life’s never been on a schedule ever, and for once, I got to get myself on a schedule so I can get my kids on a schedule.”

During a prior episode of Teen Mom 2, Jeremy Calvert expressed his excitement in the end of his marriage while chatting with a friend. In the deleted scene from the show, Jeremy Calvert vowed he was done with Messer for good, and even revealed he had met a new girl, believed to be his current girlfriend, Brooke Wehr, although her name was not mentioned on the series.

Jeremy Calvert married Messer in April 2012, and the couple welcomed their first child together, Adalynn, in February of the following year.
