When The Undertaker returned for SummerSlam, many were shocked that he wasn’t staying away until WrestleMania 32. After the match with Brock Lesnar, it was revealed he would be sticking around for a while. It’s now been confirmed that he will have a match at Hell In A Cell. It is also known that Undertaker will be on the WWE’s upcoming tour of Mexico, and it appears the Brothers of Destruction are reuniting to take on The Wyatt Family.
As reported by WrestleZone, The Undertaker will be teaming up with Kane once again and taking on The Wyatt Family. More specifically, the Brothers of Destruction will be taking on the team of Luke Harper and Braun Strowman.
Wrestling Inc. reports that the tour of Mexico is going to take place from October 16-18. Shows will take place in Merida on Friday, Mexico City on Saturday, and Monterrey on October 18. The above promo was released by WWE and clearly states that tag matches that will be taking place.
The interesting thing to think about is who Kane will show up as. Just recently at Night of Champions, Kane made his return from “injury” (filming a movie for WWE Studios) and was no longer Corporate Kane but the “Big Red Machine” under the mask.
The next night on Monday Night Raw, Kane appeared back as Corporate Kane in the suit and tie and acted like he had no idea what anyone was talking about. So it looks as if he is going through with the schizophrenic gimmick.
It seems like Kane will be the Director of Operations in televised promos and backstage segments, but the Big Red Machine for matches. With that, it would seem as if Kane and The Undertaker will be the true Brothers of Destruction for their matches with the Wyatt Family.
This is rather interesting by WWE, as the feud between the Wyatt Family and the team of Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Randy Orton appeared to be continuing. There are no plans for Brock Lesnar to be on the WWE’s tour of Mexico, so that made The Undertaker available.
It’s not known if this Brothers of Destruction reunion will see Kane and The Undertaker teaming together more in the future, but it seems that WWE is making it possible. The Wyatt Family has a whole new/old threat in front of them, and they’re going to face true evil in Mexico.
