Are Kathy Hilton And Kyle Richards At War? Sisters Host Separate Celebrations For Kim Richards’ Birthday Due To Husbands’ Feud?
Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards may be at odds. Over the weekend, as their sister Kim rang in her 51st birthday, the two women hosted separate events, rather than a joint family celebration. As All About the Tea reported on September 21, Kim spent Saturday night with sister Kyle, while her Sunday night birthday dinner took place with Kathy Hilton and her husband, Rick.
Although it is certainly great to see Kim back in touch with both Kyle and Kathy Hilton, one can’t help but wonder why the sisters didn’t celebrate together.
On Saturday night, Kim took to Instagram, where she shared a photo of herself and Kyle, telling fans, “Spent some fun quality time with my sister [Kyle Richards]…. Life is Good.”
The following evening, Kim posted a photo of herself, Rich and Kathy Hilton, and her ex-husband, Monty Brinson.
In the caption, Kim wrote, “Celebrated my birthday tonight with [Monty Brinson], my sister [Kathy Hilton], [Rick Hilton], more family and close friends… Another great evening…”
While there appears to be a problem between Kyle and Kathy Hilton, the tension between them may be due to their husbands’ current relationship. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kim and Kyle’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Brandi Glanville, revealed details of Rick Hilton and Mauricio Umansky’s alleged feud months ago. In a series of tweets, Glanville claimed Kyle’s husband secretly stole clients from Kathy Hilton’s husband.
“Let me tell u what I wouldn’t do 4 a TV show [Kyle Richards] exploit 1 sisters sobriety & f**k over the other [Kathy Hilton] husbands business!”
According to a Reality Tea report in June, Kathy Hilton’s husband was at odds with Umansky due to his allegedly shady business dealings.
“[Kyle Richards] #truthcannon your husband use to work for [Kathy Hilton]’s husband until he secretly stole agents & clients to start the Agency #STFU… Talk about me, call me a liar, which I am not- you will get it back. To talk s–t about me 4 not being back after all I have done & put up with from her is gross. Its senior bullying.”
Despite Glanville’s shocking tweets, which included both Kyle and Kathy Hilton’s Twitter tags, neither Kyle nor Kathy Hilton chose to respond. Kyle, however, allegedly threatened Glanville with a lawsuit due to her shocking revelations.
Kathy Hilton has been rumored to be joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but at this point, it appears only sister Kyle will be included in the upcoming sixth season.
