‘Dancing With The Stars’ Spoilers: Week 2 Brings Hometown Memories, 2 Dances Per Couple, And 2 Eliminations

It’s time for Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars Season 21, and two celebrities will get the boot by the time the week is over. Everybody watched the first performances during the premiere last week, and now the couples are already facing two dances for the second week. What DWTS spoilers are available for this week?

This week’s theme is “Hometown Glory Week,” and the celebrities will be talking about their hometowns in Monday’s show. On Tuesday’s DWTS episode, it’ll be time for the pros to reflect on their hometowns, notes the show’s Facebook page. The couples already have to learn two dances for this second week, a big challenge that will certainly leave some feeling flustered and frustrated.

Which celebrities are dancing what in this second week? PureDWTS has the available Dancing with the Stars spoilers, and it sounds like it’ll be a great show. The dance order is under wraps at this point, though it is expected that viewers will say goodbye to one of the couples before the night is over. Then, on Tuesday night, there are more dances and another farewell.

DWTS spoilers indicate that Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold will be doing a jazz number and a quickstep, while Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas will tackle both the salsa and the rumba. Andy Grammer and Allison Holker are doing jive and contemporary numbers this week.

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough got off to a great start in Week 1 and everybody is looking forward to their Week 2 dances. Dancing With the Stars spoilers indicate that they will be doing the tango and apparently a waltz. Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson are said to be dancing the cha cha and foxtrot.

Chaka Khan and Keo Motsepe had a rough outing in their first week, and many think they could be in danger of elimination this week. It would seem that their dances for this week are a bit less certain than what’s been uncovered for other pairs, though there is speculation that they’re doing the foxtrot and a salsa.

Right now, it doesn’t look like PureDWTS has any DWTS spoilers for the genres that Gary Busey and Anna Trebunskaya, Hayes Grier and Emma Slater or Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Tony Dovolani are doing. As for Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess, fans can expect them to do a jive and a foxtrot in their Week 2 performances.

Paula Deen and Louis van Amstel are said to be doing a rumba and perhaps a tango while Tamar Braxton and Val Chmerkovskiy will dance both a cha cha and a Charleston. Finally, there’s Victor Espinoza and Karina Smirnoff. Dancing with the Stars spoilers indicate that they will dance both a jive and a rumba.

There are definitely some standout performers already in Season 21, with many DWTS fans buzzing quite a bit about Nick Carter, Bindi Irwin, Alek Skarlatos, and Tamar Braxton. Gary Busey charmed many viewers in his first week, and several others did surprisingly well. Who will go home in Week 2, though?

Both Kim and Chaka really had a tough time in the premiere, though Paula, Gary, and Victor struggled in terms of judges’ scores as well. As PureDWTS notes, it seems pretty unlikely that either Paula or Gary would go home this early, as their big personalities will likely buy them a big of grace. However, Chaka and Kim are definitely in big trouble and Victor definitely is at risk as well.

Which pairs will stand out in the Week 2 DWTS performances, and which ones will falter? Tune into Dancing with the Stars airing on Monday and Tuesday nights to see if Nick Carter, Bindi Irwin, Tamar Braxton, and Carlos PenaVega maintain the top spots on the leaderboard and see who ends up heading home early. Fans will have to make sure they call to vote, as Season 21 is clearly going to be a very competitive one, and some shocking eliminations will likely be coming in the weeks ahead.
