Carly Fiorina Rises In Polls As Trump Berates Her As Being Unelectable And Robotic

Carly Fiorina has shot up in popularity as she continues to rise in the polls after last week’s presidential hopeful debates. Donald Trump has relentlessly attacked her, claiming her business record proves she is not worthy of the presidency.

Donald Trump’s recent attacks on Fiorina have been brutal, berating her business success, electoral competency, and even the way her voice sounds, according to Business Insider.

“I think that she’s got a good line of pitter-patter. But when you listen for more than five minutes, you develop a tremendous headache.”

Despite Donald Trump’s many failed business ventures, his focus on Fiorina’s failures are the basis for the majority of his argument against her bid for the presidency.

“She did a terrible job at Hewlett-Packard. She did a terrible job at Lucent. I mean, those companies are just a disaster and she destroyed Hewlett-Packard.”

Despite Trump’s attempts at dissuading votes away fro Fiorina, her popularity continues to rise. She skyrocketed to second place in the polls, with 15 percent support, whereas Donald Trump fell 8 points to 24 percent, according to CNN. His attempts at coercing voters away from her by pointing out her flaws does not seem to be working this time.

Donald Trump’s boisterous and rough demeanor has left him in the center of the limelight since announcing his run for presidency. His savvy business manner leads to the assumption that he will be able to ruin the United States like a business, leading to a reemergence of prosperity within the country. However, his personal attacks on the other candidates, such as Carly Fiorina, has also brought them upward in the limelight, putting focus on their accomplishments and failures, as well.

Fiorina’s rise in the polls shows the complex nature of the current candidate pool. The fluidity of the front runners has demonstrated that it is still anybody’s game in the race to the White House.

Although her popularity is up, Fiorina is not without controversy. In last week’s debate, Fiorina shared that she saw footage of a fully-formed live fetus moving on a table within a Planned Parenthood video. She claims, although there is solid evidence that no such videos exist, but rather was simply described in a video, that she was witness to such a scene.

“I’ve seen the footage. And I find it amazing, actually, that all these supposed fact-checkers in the mainstream media claim this doesn’t exist. They’re trying to attack the authenticity of the videotape.”
