Casey Anthony just can't seem to lose when it comes to court battles. Not only was she acquitted in 2011 in the murder of her once-missing daughter, a Florida judge has given her another "win" this week, to the disappointment of those who believe she should be held responsible in Caylee Marie's demise. WPTV reports that a bankruptcy judge has sided with Tot Mom in the defamation suit brought against her by Zenaida Gonzalez.
Judge Rodney May has dismissed the suit brought up against Anthony by the woman who has famously claimed to be the subject of one of the woman's biggest lies. Anthony claimed back when Caylee Marie vanished that a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped her. She became known widely in the media as "Zanny the Nanny," but her existence was never proven, much less her connection to Caylee's disappearance and death. Over the course of approximately six years, Gonzalez has claimed that Casey Anthony's lies caused her a load of misfortune by smearing her name and putting her at risk. Judge May claimed in his ruling this week that Anthony's actions were not "malicious" in nature, and therefore couldn't be the subject of a defamation lawsuit. It seems that Casey has escaped financial culpability based on a mere technicality.
#CaseyAnthony skates again. Judge says she didn't damage Zenaida Gonzalez? Unbelievably, Anthony lies, cheats, steals & gets away w/murder.

I hope those jurors rot in hell too - I live in Pinellas county! http://t.co/psno2oOrno #CaseyAnthony — Teri (@Teri423) September 19, 2015
Why am I not surprised... Judge rules for #CaseyAnthony in defamation lawsuit http://t.co/8Jqwgowg7kEven though Casey Anthony has never been convicted in the death of her daughter, suspicion and hatred against her remains as high as ever. Social media discussion about the woman continues to lean heavily on the side of guilt. Regardless of the public opinion against the woman, she remains legally innocent of any wrongdoing in the disappearance and death of Caylee Marie Anthony -- except, of course, for the convictions she was given in regards to the lies she told investigators. If anything, Casey Anthony is a convicted liar -- nothing more.

What do you think about the Florida judge's ruling in the defamation suit initiated by Zenaida Gonzalez? Has Casey Anthony proven herself to be "like teflon," as people on social media have declared?
