Travis Scott and Rihanna may be making headlines for their alleged relationship, but it appears the Rodeo rapper is keeping quiet regarding rumors that suggest he's getting cozy with Rihanna.
Just days after Scott was photographed making out with Rihanna during the "Diamonds" singer's NYFW party, Scott attempts to dodge questions about his alleged relationship with Rihanna during a segment with ESPN's Highly Questionable hosts Bomani Jones and Dan Le Batard, Vibe reports.
When Batard asks Scott if his mother has asked about the photos of him and Rihanna getting cozy in NYC, Travis Scott attempts to brush off the questions about his rumored relationship with Rihanna.
"Yeah, she calls me about all types of stuff she sees on TV," Scott explains, before being further pressed to comment on his friendship with Rihanna.
"She's an amazing artist," Scott explains, in between laughs. "Her album is amazing."
Although fans may be envying Scott's inside look at Rihanna's new album, tentatively titled R8, Rihanna has recently opened up about the progress of her new album in an interview with NME.
When asked for a status update on her highly-anticipated eighth studio album, Rihanna explains, "It's not done! To me it's never done until it's done. Until the final moment."
Rihanna further explains that R8 doesn't even have an official tracklisting, revealing, "I have so many songs I love, and they're so different, that's it's hard to actually put them all on the same album."
Rihanna acknowledges that fans will probably always refer to the album as R8, the name given to the project in the absence of a confirmed title from the Barbadian songstress herself.
"No matter what I post online, within three comments there's somebody saying, 'Where is R8?' I could post anything. Nothing else matters. They don't care about anything but that," Rihanna laughs.
While Travis Scott may be gushing over Rihanna's new album, neither Rih not Scott have spoken out regarding their rumored romance.
A source close to Rihanna recently explained to E! News that the duo is already getting "very serious," but Rihanna took to Instagram last week to dispel those rumors by insisting that she's single.
In a not-so-subtle Instagram message posted last week after photos of Rihanna and Scott appeared online, Rihanna shared a post that reads, "'Omg why are you single?' –cos I'm a c***."
What do you think of Travis Scott's comments about Rihanna's new album, R8?
