Lauren Conrad And William Tell First Anniversary: No Plan Yet For Kids

Lauren Conrad’s Runway Collection success at the New York Fashion Week is making her year amazing, but even taking the runway by storm isn’t the most important thing in Conrad’s life. On September 13, Lauren and William Cobb celebrated their first anniversary together.

With a full year of “making plenty of memories” as Mr. and Mrs. William Tell, Lauren and William enjoyed a special anniversary. They were able to look back on some of those more personal memories while creating some great public memories at NYFW. Lauren told Us Magazine that the Runway Collection was “a really big deal” for her.

“In my career, this is the most amazing thing I’ve ever done.”

One of the top memories they looked back on was the wedding itself, where Lauren said “I do” to her “lawyer-musician love” one year ago on the California coast. The “elegant yet intimate ceremony” featured a different kind of runway, with bridesmaids walking up the aisle in dresses that Lauren herself designed and a romantic honeymoon in Europe.

Since then, Lauren and William have kept their personal lives “low-key,” with very few public sightings of the couple out together. In private, though, there’s every sign that the marriage is going very well. E! Online referred to Lauren’s blog, where she answered some questions about her new life with William.

“My favorite thing about being married is knowing that I have a partner in life that I get to do so many wonderful things with. Dreaming of the things we will do 20 years from now is so fun.”

Conrad didn’t say no to the idea of having children together, although it’s still only an idea. Backstage at New York Fashion Week, Lauren joked to Us Magazine that she was already pregnant.

“Can’t you tell I’m pregnant right now?” she asked, but quickly made sure no one thought it was true.

“No, no plan for that yet,” the fashion designer said, adding that she’s “focusing on being married and [her] career.”

Lauren did let on that when she has a break from the runway collection work, the couple are thinking about kids, at least a little bit. How many?

“Maybe two… That way we aren’t outnumbered.”

Earlier, Lauren told Us that she really relies on William to get her through the tough spots when she described how nervous she was about the Runway Collection.

“[I] was freaking out big time! Will really calmed me down, I like him.”

That’s a good sign! Lauren likes her husband, and he calms her down, two things that are a big help for a couple thinking about having kids.
