Chelsea Houska And Adam Lind Custody Battle: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Court Update
Chelsea Houska was seen going to court during Teen Mom 2 Season 6 to address the custody of her daughter, Aubree, with Aubree’s father, Adam Lind. At the time, Lind was hoping for more rights to the young child, including joint custody and unsupervised visitation, but was denied by a judge due to his past behavior.
However, during the same court appearance, which occurred earlier this year, Chelsea Houska and Lind were told the situation would be reassessed in six months, and recently, the former couple was back in court. Unfortunately for Lind, things once again didn’t go his way.
On September 11, Radar Online revealed what happened during court.
“Nothing has changed. Aubree just started kindergarten, and [Chelsea Houska] feels that her daughter needs to be comfortable with her new routine before anything else changes.”
Once Chelsea Houska’s daughter is adjusted to her new schedule, claimed Radar Online’s source, the Teen Mom 2 star will meet with Lind to discuss possible changes to their custody agreement in “a mediation setting.”
According to the report, Chelsea Houska’s ex-boyfriend currently has visits with daughter Aubree every other weekend, but his parents must supervise their time together.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Chelsea Houska’s ex-boyfriend was said to have gained 50/50 custody of his second child, 2-year-old Paislee, earlier this year. In an August report by Teen Mom Junkies, the site claimed Lind revealed the update to his custody situation during an appearance the previous month at the Teen Mom 2 Season 6 reunion.
However, a short while after the custody update was reported, Lind’s ex-girlfriend, Taylor Halbur, the mother of Paislee, denied the news on Twitter.

Chelsea Houska has more than moved on from her relationship with Lind. After years of turmoil, Chelsea Houska spent a couple of years single, before eventually striking up a romance with Cole DeBoer, whom she recently moved into her South Dakota home.
Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which is currently airing on MTV, fans have seen plenty of Chelsea Houska’s new romance, as well as how Aubree has responded to it and judging by the footage, Aubree couldn’t be happier with her mother’s boyfriend. In fact, she recently told her mother she wanted to call him “dad.”
