MTV Star Leah Messer On Twitter: ‘If God Be For Us, Who Can Be Against Us?’
MTV star Leah Messer has returned to Twitter following the allegations of a police incident involving possible child endangerment. Just hours after a source told In Touch Weekly that police had been called on Messer due to her failure to properly buckle up her children, Ali and Aleeah, 5, the MTV star shared a tweet about having God on her side.

The MTV star also seemed to defend her parenting on Twitter around the same time, noting her children were happy, despite the shocking report against her.

Although the MTV star has been focusing on the positive after being accused of putting her children in harm’s way, her followers have taken a different approach, calling out Messer for her alleged negligence. Below are just a few of the comments shared in response to the MTV star’s tweet.

“Yeah well you also like endangering their lives by not putting them in car seats AT ALL TIMES!!!”

This week, in addition to the report regarding the police incident, the MTV star faced additional criticism from rumors claiming she had hooked up with her ex-husband, Corey Simms, the father of Ali and Aleeah. According to a report by In Touch Weekly, via Radar Online, the MTV star allegedly slept with Simms in the back of his truck, despite his current marriage to Miranda Simms, who is currently pregnant.
The source claimed the MTV star’s ex-husband revealed the affair to his wife, Miranda, and said all of their friends were privy to the news.
The MTV star and Simms were seen dating on 16 & Pregnant, which aired on MTV five years ago. Later, during filming on Teen Mom 2, they wed. However, their marital bliss was short-lived, and after Messer admitted to cheating on Simms with Robbie Kidd, the couple divorced. The MTV star went on to marry Jeremy Calvert, but they also divorced months after Calvert claimed she cheated on him.
