In an article published in the New York Times titled “Kylie Jenner’s Beauty Regimen,” the 18-year-old reality TV starlet talks about diet tips, skin care, and workout routine.
If you’re searching for tips on how to look like Kylie Jenner, the New York Times article could be a good starting point, but don’t expect to look like Kylie Jenner quickly. That is, unless you have access to a trainer, a nutritionist, a dermatologist, a makeup artist, and a top-of-the-line hairstylist.
Nevertheless, Jenner does provide some interesting tips to help the average woman look her best on a daily basis.
In that New York Times article, Jenner credits her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, with helping her to stay in shape and lose 15 pounds. Kylie said that she sometimes joins Kourtney for training sessions in an effort to stay in top physical condition.
“My sister Kourtney had her third baby recently, and she is on a workout kick to get her body back. She lives up the street, so I’ll join her for a trainer session sometimes.”
While the average woman may not be able to hook up with Kourtney Kardashian’s trainer, Kylie Jenner’s words do offer advice for successful workouts: Sometimes finding a friend or a family member to workout with can make a fitness routine more productive and more rewarding.
Jenner also said that with the help of a nutritionist, she was able to cut a specific type of food from her diet, and now she feels better than ever.
“I also started going to this nutritionist because I was having a bad reaction to dairy. I feel like it made me gain a lot of weight. I’ve now cut out dairy, and it’s helping me get back in shape. Every time I get hungry for a snack during the day, I like to have Justin’s Almond Butter packets. It’s easy.”
Kylie Jenner’s diet tip shouldn’t necessarily make fans rush to cut dairy from their diet without advice from a medical professional, but Jenner does provide a quick and easy fix for hungry women: Take some time to plan ahead and have a healthy snack ready for when hunger hits.
