MTV Star Leah Messer Accused Of Endangering Her Twins: Cops Called On ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star [Report]

MTV star Leah Messer has reportedly been accused of endangering her 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah. According to a September 9 report by In Touch Weekly, police were called on the MTV star by a concerned parent at their school after she allegedly failed to buckle her children into their car seats.

“Cops were called after someone at her girls’ [twins Ali and Aleeah, 5] school reported Leah to them, claiming she doesn’t put the kids in car seats,” an insider told the magazine, adding that the MTV star “is routinely late picking the girls up from school.”

The following day, when police stopped the MTV star in her vehicle, the children were said to have been buckled up. However, the drama with Messer continues, as she’s also been accused of failing to tend to her daughter Ali’s needs. Years ago, Ali was diagnosed with a rare form of muscular dystrophy, and because of it, she’s expected to have a wheelchair handy.

“Leah doesn’t even bring Ali’s wheelchair to school. During a recent fire drill, Ali was unable to get out quickly and had to be assisted.”

Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which is currently airing on MTV, Messer has been accused of failing at her parental duties on more than one occasion. During one episode, the MTV star was seen giving her daughter’s dinner after 11 p.m. on a school night, and then putting them to bed around midnight. During another episode, Messer got yelled out by her then-husband, Jeremy Calvert, who called her out for having their children in an unsafe vehicle. In addition to the allegations regarding her parenting, Messer has also been accused of hiding a drug problem by her first husband, Corey Simms, the father of Ali and Aleeah.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Simms feels his claims against the MTV star have been backed up by information given to him by reliable sources. Below is what he told fans at the end of last month on Twitter.

“Idk why I’m tweeting this because I honestly do not care what people think or what they say about me but anyways. There is a reason for everything that Miranda and myself have said or done. We simply want the girls to grow up in a safe and healthy environment. There is a lot of things that has been told to us by very close members of her family that lead us to believe the things being told are very much true. If we didn’t care about the girls or the situation we would obviously not have anything to say or do about it.”
