This Angelina Jolie Lookalike Has Taken The Internet By Storm

Who would not want to look like Angelina Jolie? Well, for some people it is not just a wish.

Meet Chelsea Marr, who has famously been dubbed as Angelina Jolie’s “Scottish twin” by the online media in the last couple of days. Chelsea, 24, boasts of such strikingly similar features to Angelina that passersby often get confused and ask for autographs wherever she goes. But the internet mini-celebrity, who has more than 64,000 Instagram followers at the time of writing, recently turned down a modeling career to focus as a recruitment manager in an oil and gas company. Not everyone enjoys being in the spotlight, it seems.

However, Chelsea is extremely flattered by the comparisons. She took to Facebook to thank the people who think she looks similar to one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

“Thank you so much to those who took the time to write those articles about me, they were all so kind, too kind in fact and I am extremely flattered to be compared to the amazing Angelina Jolie!”

According to Mail Online, Chelsea’s close friends claim that she is a shy young woman who, as would be the case with most celebrity lookalikes, is enjoying her day out in the spotlight. But once the internet storm passes away, she will be back to finishing her studies and preparing for her office job.

Such has been Chelsea’s popularity on the internet this past week that several detractors have raised questions about her appearance, pointing out that the young woman must certainly have gone under the knife to look like Angelina Jolie. On her part, Chelsea said the rumors were not true, though she does admit undergoing breast augmentation for completely different reasons.

“This wasn’t to try and resemble anyone, this was purely because I had absolutely nothing there before and it was something I was insecure about for years. I couldn’t even fill an A cup – even the surgeon said they were the smallest he had seen. I increased them to a B/C cup, and was just looking for enough to fill a bra and to look and feel more feminine in t-shirts and bikinis.”

Remarkably, Chelsea Marr is not the only Angelina Jolie lookalike to have garnered such attention on the internet in the past few months. In July, another young woman who looked similar to Angelina Jolie, Veronika Black, had been in the headlines for pretty much the same reasons.
