Watch 2nd ODI Australia Vs. England Cricket Live Online: Struggling England Looks To Level Series

Cricket fans can watch live online as England do their best to pull even with Australia in the Second One Day International match of the five-game ODI series, after suffering a decisive, 59-run drubbing on Thursday in the first match — a contest that left England Captain Eoin Morgan shaking his head.

His young but spirited England team is still “a long way off” from equaling the reigning World Cup champions, the captain said after the defeat.

To find out how to watch the Second Australia vs. England ODI live online, see the streaming information below in this article. The first ball is set to be bowled at 10:30 a.m. at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on Saturday, September 5. The match can be viewed in the United States starting at 5:30 a.m. Eastern Time, 2:30 a.m. Pacific.

In the first ODI, in Southampton on Thursday, England was set a target of 306, but managed just 246, finding themselves bowled out with 27 balls remaining. Perhaps most discouraging about the home side’s outing was a sudden collapse after a start of 152/2 with 23 overs remaining.

But what looked like a winning position deteriorated in a hurry, with England suddenly surrendering three wickets for no return in just four balls, starting with Morgan’s fall.

With the ball, however, England took heart from a stellar outing by leg-spinner Adil Rashid, whose four wickets for 59 in 10 overs fell just short of becoming the first England leg-spinner in 56 years to take five in an ODI.

“We didn’t do enough here but this will be part of our learning curve,” said Morgan. “In a year’s time we will be expected to chase that (306) down more often than not, especially with that sort of a start. We are a long way off the world’s best at the moment so we can learn a hell of a lot. Ultimately it comes down to individual skill.”
