Amy Roloff Of ‘Little People, Big World’ Shares Her Thoughts About Dating Post-Divorce And It’s So Sad

Amy Roloff of Little People, Big World shared her take on dating post-divorce from Matt Roloff, and her response is really sad.

According to SheKnows.com, Roloff told NBC News correspondent Andrea Canning that she doubts she will ever be in a serious relationship again. The reason she gives is sad and many would say so untrue.

“That ain’t happenin’. Not on the radar right now. I don’t think anyone would be really interested.”

Faulkner, 50, says her ex is moving on, is more optimistic, and already has people in his life, to which Matt concurred, although he said he likely wouldn’t marry again and would take his time before committing to a new relationship.

“I’m not going to rule anything out. Right now I’m just getting to know myself and working on my health and taking care of the businesses and working on the farm. Let’s see how time goes.”

After 27 years of marriage, the Little People, Big World stars announced their plans to divorce in June, according to People.

In a statement announcing their divorce, the Roloffs said they were proud of raising their four kids to adulthood.

“We are proud of what we have accomplished together, including raising four wonderful children who have grown to become remarkable adults and building our strong and ongoing successful business.”

The announcement was all the more heartbreaking because it came while their son Zach was planning his own wedding.

According to People, Zach, 25, was challenged in deciding where to seat his parents for his wedding to new bride Tori (née Patton), 24. Ultimately, the Roloffs put aside their differences for Zach’s ceremony on the family farm in July in Helvetia, Oregon, as Zach confirmed.

“Weddings definitely give opportunities for families to come together. It definitely was a united front. Your worries go away, and it’s all very positive and forward-thinking. They just kept saying how happy they are for us.”

Despite divorcing, Amy and Matt Roloff seem to be getting along well, as Matt attested.

“I’m actually enjoying working with Amy right now, so I’m just happy with where I’m at.”

The Little People, Big World season finale starring the Roloffs aired Tuesday at 8 p.m. on TLC.
