Brooklyn Decker Working Hard To Become A Better Actor
Brooklyn Decker is best known for appearing on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, but she’s working hard to change her image and become a respected actress. At the moment, however, the beautiful blonde admits that her acting needs a little work.
“I’m still studying to get better. It goes without saying that I have a lot of room for improvement.”
Decker says that she’s thankful for her modeling career and is aware that modeling has opened the acting door for her, but she’s working hard to be more than a pretty face.
Decker said:
“Sometimes people are like, ‘Oh, is that girl the model?’ But I think [my modeling background] opened doors. I can’t bite the hand that fed me. Once people give me a chance they realize, ‘OK, she’s here to work.'”
Decker decided to end her modeling career after the Sports Illustrated shoot so that she could focus on acting. She appeared opposite Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in “Just Go With It” and has two movies, “Battleship” and “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” coming out this Summer.
