Netflix Movie And TV Show Changes for September, 2015: 95 New Titles In, 76 Titles Dropped

Each and every month, it’s exciting for subscribers to see what new titles are coming to Netflix in the way of movies, TV series, and documentaries. September is bringing a lot of new changes to the content available through the service, as 95 titles are being added to the library while 76 titles are on their way out. Some of the biggest additions are the new seasons for Person of Interest and The Walking Dead.

Yes, zombie fans. That means you will now be able to watch all five seasons of The Walking Dead as you prepare for the premiere of season six on Oct. 11, ET Online reveals.

A lot of titles will be leaving the Netflix catalog in September, as well, and there is a big reason for that. As CNET reports, Netflix is not renewing its movie license deal with Epix, and that means subscribers will lose out on a lot of big hits.

After five years, the Netflix and Epix partnership has ended. Netflix currently looks to provide “great movies and TV series for our members that are exclusive to Netflix.” While Epix wants consumers to have their movies through a “variety of platforms.”
