England and Australia resume their cricket rivalry after 11 days off, and fans will want to watch live online as the two nations square off in a one-off T20 match on Monday, a showdown that serves as both a warm-up for, and preview of, next year’s T20 World Cup in India. Australia won the final Ashes Test Match on August 23, but lost the series 3-2, and now they’re out for redemption in the white ball formats of the game.
The lone 20-overs match will also act as a curtain-raiser for what looks to be a memorable and intense five-match One Day International series that will conclude Australia’s two-month tour of England, with the first of the 50-overs matches set for September 3.

England Captain Eoin Morgan, who on June 23 led his team to a thundering 56-run victory over New Zealand in the only T20 match the team has played in the past year, returns to active cricket for the match after a month-long sabbatical arranged with his county team, Middlesex.
Morgan says that the burnout he was feeling after playing nearly non-stop cricket since late last year disappeared with his August vacation.
“I feel really fresh. My attitude, my mind, my body is a lot better than it was a month ago. I can’t wait to get started,” Morgan said to Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper last week.
