Britney Spears Nervous About X Factor?
If a photo says a thousand words, than these photos of Britney Spears at the Fox Upfront last night say a thousand and one.
Shown above is Britney Spears with a bloody cuticle an hour after she walked out on stage with Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, and LA Reid as they presented the new changes to the advertisers in New York last night.
Although her new boss, Simon Cowell had nothing but wonderful things to say about her, Britney’s nervous calling card may be due to the fact that she just signed on for a season of X Factor for $14 million dollars and might be nervous about showing America what she’s got. Since rumors of her involvement, for the past few weeks the question on everyone’s mind is will she pull it off or have something original to say?
Even Mariah Carey, who was also rumored to be in talks to judge the show was asked about Britney’s involvement, and said, “You think I focus on that stuff? Have we met? I love her, honestly, I think she’s a very nice person, but I don’t care who’s going on that show – as long as it’s not me.”
In a 2008 interview Spears said her anxiety ridden habit is something that she wanted to break that New Year, stating, “Next year, I have to learn to stop biting my nails! I would like to stop worrying so much, because I worry all the time.”
Throughout the night she wore three mini dresses, including a stylish purple and a skintight white dress. Although she had a lot of dresses to deck out, Britney made a quick arrival and even quicker exit at Fox’s after party while Simon Cowell, LA Reid, and Demi Lovato stayed the night to greet the advertisers.
