Corey Simms Compared To Jeremy Calvert In ‘Teen Mom 2’ Deleted Scene? Plus, Leah Messer Tries To Avoid Second Divorce

Corey Simms’ ex-wife, Leah Messer, compared her first marriage to her second in a deleted scene from Teen Mom 2. On August 26, Design & Trend shared the clip, in which Messer was seen admitting she wants Calvert back and comparing the end of their relationship to that of her and Corey Simms.

“Jeremy left his ring and a [front] sheet of a divorce paper. I just never want to give up on him. What if I keep believing in him and he eventually, like, it clicks?” Messer asks her stylist as she gets her hair colored.

On Teen Mom 2 Season 6, Messer’s marriage to Calvert has become strained due to both Messer’s issues with depression and stress and his long hours. However, according to Messer, she isn’t going to let her second marriage play out like her first.

As fans of the show will recall, Messer and Corey Simms’ marriage came to an end just months after they were married once Messer admitted to cheating on Corey Simms with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd. Since then, she and Corey Simms have been co-parenting their twin girls, Ali and Aleeah.

As the deleted scene continues, Messer’s stylist seems to believe Corey Simms gave up on their marriage just as Messer did, which ultimately led to their split. So, when it comes to Calvert, Messer doesn’t want to end her marriage without trying to make things work.

Still, her stylist feels Calvert has brainwashed her and is making a complete mockery of their relationship.

“Right now, you have a hard time speaking negative about what’s going on in your life, but in all reality you’re the one who has been screwed, and you’re looking stupid. If you were not with [Jeremy], and you know this is true, you would be healthier, happier. Your girls would be healthier. They would be happier. I’ve seen you happy and you’re not. You come in here and your roots are like six inches long. You’re very sad. Don’t be stupid.”

“I gave up so easy on my last marriage,” Messer than says of her relationship with Corey Simms.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Corey Simms and his new wife, Miranda, confront Messer with allegations of a possible drug problem on tonight’s new episode of Teen Mom 2. During a clip from the show, shared by Starcasm earlier this week, Messer tells Corey Simms of her plan to go to treatment.
