LiveLeak Video Shows Man Risking Life & Limb To Rescue Two Half-Drowned Kittens
A touching video uploaded to LiveLeak shows a brave young man, risking his own life to rescue two half-drowned kittens before flood waters could wash them away. It seems that super-heroes are, indeed, real.
Uploaded on Wednesday to LiveLeak, the video reveals that humanity is still alive and well as the man takes extreme and dangerous measures to rescue two young felines in danger.

The location is unknown, but it appears to have been filmed somewhere in the Middle East, judging by the clothing of onlookers and the language spoken. The onlookers mention the name “Rashid” when speaking to the kittens’ rescuer.
We can watch the man climbing down a very precarious ladder into a canal. As the camera pans around, we see flood waters appear to be building dangerously.
The LiveLeak video then zooms in on one of the kittens, trapped in a corner and our hero makes his way to the already half-drowned cat. It is clear that if he hadn’t rescued the kitten it would surely have died.
Another person then hands a shopping bag on a rope down to the man and he pops the little black kitten inside, while the others pull the bag up to safety.
We can then see that the kitten is now safe and sound, although shaking with cold, and our hero then returns to the canal to save the second, half-drowned kitten.

Once the rescuer has the kitten safely in hand, and again using the shopping bag tied with some rope, the onlookers pull the next kitten up to safety.
Once the kittens are safe and sound, the LiveLeak video shows the man climbing up the precarious ladder to safety, while the cameraman pans around to give us a close up of the kittens’ hero.
At any moment, the floods could have come rushing in and possibly engulfed the man as well as the two kittens.
In the description on the LiveLeak website, it states, “After the rains comes the floods, I am sure it is only a matter of a short time and that stream will become a roaring death-trap.”
