Kristen Stewart Talks ‘Insane’ Sex Scenes In ‘On The Road’
What’s crazier than earth shattering vampire sex? Kristen Stewart, who had an intense love making scene in “Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” gets even more risqué in her new movie “On The Road.”
Stewart, who plays Marylou in the film adaptation of the Jack Kerouack novel, has several sex scenes in her new movie, including a threesome with Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley. The actress said that she wasn’t too nervous about the love scenes because Hedlund, Riley, and especially director Walter Salles made her feel comfortable.
“I wasn’t scared, honestly. It’s kind of insane to watch now. I’m like, ‘Who is that?’ But I think — as every actress says when they do this is — it just felt so right. It was so within a different world and so within a different environment that I don’t even really feel — I mean, I am personally connected to it, of course — but it is something outside of myself…. I felt so safe with Walter. Nothing was ever, ever about taking your clothes off.”
Stewart’s character is sexually promiscuous in “On The Road” and the actress acknowledge that some of her “Twilight” fans may be a little shocked by her new role. But Stewart said that she has no regrets about the character and was comfortable portraying Marylou.
Stewart said:
“I have kind of no qualms about it either. I think people are a little uptight.”
USA Today reports that Stewart’s new movie will make its debut at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. Her boyfriend, and “Twilight” co-star Robert Pattinson also has a film, “Cosmopolis,” debuting at Cannes.
“It’s such weird timing…. I haven’t seen ‘Cosmopolis’ yet. I’m dying to see it. The first time I get to see it is actually in Cannes.”
“On The Road” isn’t the only big movie coming out for Kristen Stewart soon. You can also see her in “Snow White and the Huntsman.”
