Vester Lee Flanagan II: Alleged Gunman Sends ABC News 23 Page Suicide Note, Dies From Self-Inflicted Wounds [Breaking]

Breaking News: News of Vester Lee Flanagan II’s attack on the Virgina news team has rocked the nation, and ABC News has just released a report that states the alleged gunman behind the fatal shooting deaths of Alison Parker and Adam Ward had been trying to reach them for “weeks” and allegedly sent them a 23 page document detailing the reasons behind today’s attack.

According to ABC News, in what is being described as a “suicide note,” a man claiming to be Bryce Williams faxed the 23-page document to ABC News almost two hours after the shooting occurred in Roanoke Virginia. The document was timestamped 8:26 a.m. and according to the report, Williams, who’s legal name is Vester Lee Flanagan II, called the station and after introducing himself, admitted that he shot two people this morning and stated that the police were after him and “all over the place.”

While the document is said to come off as a bit of a rambling piece of work, in it the alleged shooter of the news team earlier this morning reportedly claims that the document was a “Suicide Note for Friends and Family.”

“–He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work. –He says he has been attacked by black men and white females. –He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man.”

“Yes, it will sound like I am angry…I am. And I have every right to be. But when I leave this Earth, the only emotion I want to feel is peace….”

‘The church shooting (referring to the Charleston church shooting) was the tipping point…but my anger has been building steadily…I’ve been a human powder keg for a while…just waiting to go BOOM!!!!.”

Previously: According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, it was believed that the alleged gunman involved in the news team shooting had shot himself and according to Entertainment Weekly, the attempt on his own life reportedly happened shortly after he shot and killed Alison Parker and Adam Ward. Flanagan reportedly shot himself on I-66, and it has since been confirmed that he has died of the self-inflicted gunshot wound.

“We still have a lengthy investigation to conduct, and that’s our focus as we move forward,” said Sheriff Bill Overton.
