Florida Woman Accused Of Mutilating Man’s Penis With Filler Injections
A Florida woman has been arrested after authorities say she mutilated a man’s penis during a botched filler procedure. New York Daily News reports that 48-year-0ld Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez was practicing medicine without a license when she used filler injections in an attempt to enlarge a man’s penis. What happened instead has left the man permanently disfigured.
Authorities say that Carvajal-Gonzalez gained the 55-year-old victim’s trust after offering her services to him. After allowing her to do a few facials for him, he decided he’d let her inject the fillers into his penis in order to make it longer and thicker. However, it was a botched operation that disfigured his penis. He required the fillers to be removed, but could not get back in touch with the Florida woman. Instead, he went to another unlicensed doctor who further mutilated his penis. Local News 10 reports that the man can no longer perform sexually as a result of these two botched procedures.
Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez went on the run earlier this month, becoming a fugitive from the law. However, as of Monday, the Florida woman has been arrested and charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license, and one count of unlicensed use of healthcare resulting in serious injury. She had reportedly fled to Colombia after the botched procedure, but she was foolish enough to return within a month of becoming a fugitive in this case.

Carvajal-Gonzalez isn’t the first Florida woman to get in trouble for illegal medical procedures. In 2013, a woman pleaded guilty in a case that gained nationwide notoriety. Oneal Ron Morris allegedly used Fix-a-Flat to inject “filler” into the buttocks of a young woman who later died. She was charged with manslaughter in the case. Earlier this year, two women were arrested for the same crimes. Just as recently as this month, a Maryland woman reportedly died after going through an illegal butt injection procedure.
As for Florida woman, Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez, authorities have confirmed that she is being held on bond in the amount of $100k. If she makes bond and is released, she could be held under house arrest until her case goes to trial.
