Heidi Klum Makes It Work, Whether She’s Injured On ‘Project Runway’ Or Getting Slammed By Donald Trump
Heidi Klum, host of Project Runway, just may have outdone Tim Gunn in making it work. Zac Posen, who also is a judge for the popular fashion-focused TV reality competition show, and Heidi somehow managed to step on a rusty nail while they were on the set. And as shown in Klum’s Instagram photo, she succeeded in looking like a true fashionista even on a hospital bed, reported E! News.
“DONT STEP ON A RUSTY NAIL….. Well we both did #Bettersafethansorry @zac_posen,” advised Heidi in her caption.

Klum and Zac wore matching ID bracelets and bandages in their temporary time off from working on the 14th season of Project Runway. Marie Claire creative director Nina Garcia also is a permanent judge, while the roll call for celebrity guest judges ranges from Mel B to Ciara to Bella Thorne and Ashley Tisdale.
What can you look forward to as Heidi recovers from her wound? The master of making it work, Tim Gunn, is going to explode, he revealed.
“Big daddy blows up,” hinted Tim.
Gunn revealed during a visit to Jimmy Fallon’s talk show that he loses his legendary cool during a challenge where the contestants on supposed to makeover crew members. And because Tim has worked closely with the women selected for years, he became upset when he felt that the designers weren’t listening to the women.
“I know these women intimately and I felt very protective of them and rather proprietary about whatever look these designers were going to give them. We did the workroom rounds together, the crewmembers and I, looking at the work and the designers weren’t listening to them. This is a makeover! This is a collaboration between you and your DNA as designer and what this individual happens to want and desire. You have to listen to her.”
But Heidi succeeded in keeping her cool even when Klum was unexpectedly slammed by Donald Trump. The incident occurred when Donald was talking with the New York Times about how he can make comments that some view as misogynistic and yet still be a contender.
“Sometimes I do go a little bit far,” mused Trump. “Heidi Klum. Sadly, she’s no longer a 10.”
But Klum elegantly trumped Trump, reported CNN.

Using Twitter to share her retort, Heidi created a video that showed her wearing a T-shirt with the number 10. A man in a Donald Trump mask removes the number to display a 9.99.
