Megan Fox Will Need To Pay Brian Austin Green As Vertigo Prevents Work

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s marriage might be headed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences, but one thing that can be agreed upon is the need for spousal support. Megan Fox has been working steadily on major motion pictures, as Brian Austin Green has not, mostly due to injuries suffered in a car accident, when the couple’s car was hit by a drunk driver.

TMZ is reporting that the disparity in income will certainly result in Green being paid some sort of alimony, as he has not worked since December due to a medical condition triggered by the car accident.

In Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s accident in December, airbags were deployed, and since then, Green has suffered from vertigo, which causes balance problems and dizziness. According to the Daily Mail, Brian Austin Green often can’t get out of bed, which obviously limits his ability to work. Green and Megan Fox did not sign a prenuptial agreement at the time of their marriage.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have been married for five years and have two boys under the age of 3. The couple is seeking joint physical and legal custody of sons Noah and Bodhi. According to the Daily Mail, the couple split six months ago, though they continue to reside amicably under the same roof.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were seen recently on the Bravo show Flipping Out with designer Jeff Lewis. The Washington Post is reporting that signs the marriage was in trouble can be seen in last week’s broadcast of Flipping Out, where the couple is seeking advice on a major remodel. The episode was ironically called “Trouble in Paradise,” and it was visible under the surface that things were amiss.

The main issue seemed to surround the decor of a basketball court that Green wanted to decorate in a flashy manner in the style of the Los Angeles Lakers. When Bravo’s Jeff Lewis questions this and asks if Megan Fox is aware, Green snaps, saying, “What the f– man?” According to the Washington Post, things obviously got worse later in the episode, as the couple decides not to move into their “dream home.”

Friends have indicated that the couple are still very much in love, and they would not be surprised if they reconciled.
