Jeremy Jackson, Ex-‘Baywatch’ Star, In Hot Water After Attacks & Arrest As Zac Efron Plans ‘Bada**’ Reboot [Video]

Jeremy Jackson allegedly attacked and threatened his girlfriend multiple times. Consequently, the former Baywatch star’s girlfriend Elise Ginsburg has been granted a legal restraining order, reported TMZ.

In the court documents, Ginsburg accuses Jeremy of telling her that he would kill her. Jackson, while issuing those threats, held a wine opener and knife. Elise says that Jeremy then strangled her, which resulted in wounds that included a bruised eye.

Jackson also is suspected by Ginsburg of getting a group together with the intent of stealing from her home.

On the basis of those allegations, the judge issued the restraining order. That order requires that Jeremy must remain a minimum of 100 yards away from Elise and her family. Also included in the restraining order is Ginsburg’s pug Versace, which is an emotional support dog.

Jackson, 34, was arrested several months ago for fleeing after he allegedly stabbed a man in California, reported MSN.

Although Jeremy abandoned the crime scene, the man he stabbed recognized the character that Jackson had played on Baywatch and thus identified him.

“Hobie, from Baywatch,” the victim told the officers when they arrived at the crime scene from whence Jeremy had already run.

Jackson was arrested when police learned that someone was prowling near the stabbing site. Los Angeles Police Detective Joe Rios revealed that Jeremy was released on bail after being charged for assault with a deadly weapon and taken into custody.

Jeremy left Baywatch in 1999 after winning hearts in his role as David Hasselhoff’s son. Jackson did confess that he abused alcohol and methamphetamine, which was linked to his exit from the show.

In 2015, Jeremy appeared on UK’s Celebrity Big Brother, but then got booted from the show when he opened up Chloe Goodman’s dressing gown. She is a model and was also a contestant on the show.

Jackson’s problems come at a time when Zac Efron is dreaming of the Baywatch reboot, reported Access Hollywood.

Co-starring with Dwayne Johnson, Zac is ready to take off his shirt and wear those red lifeguard shorts with style.

“Dwayne and I want it to be bada**,” said Efron. “We still want to pay homage to the original show, so we’re trying to find that middle ground. I just know it’s gonna be awesome.”

The TV version of Baywatch ended in 2001 after succeeding for more than a decade. In addition to Jackson and Hasslehoff, those starring on the popular show included Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth, David Charvet, Gena Lee Nolin, Alexandra Paul, Chris Fiore, Michael Newman, Brooke Burns, Nicole Eggert, Jason Momoa, and Traci Bingham.

Shooting of the Baywatch film begins in 2016.
