Ben Affleck Thinks Jennifer Garner Is A ‘World-Class Mum’

Ben Affleck debuted a tribute video to wife Jennifer Garner on his Facebook page Saturday, just one day before Mother’s Day.

AZCentral reports that in the video, the 39-year-old actor says,:

”I just want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums in my life. My mom, Chris, and my amazing wife, Jennifer, who is an incredible, spectacular, world-class mum, and I want to thank her.”

Affleck, who founded the East Congo Initiative in 2009, went on to say:

“And I want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms I’ve met in the Democratic Republic of Congo who are on this video that I hope you watch. I urge you to share it, to post it to Facebook, to celebrate all the moms in the world, including the ones in your life, as well as those out there in the world working at the very hardest job there is every single day.”

According to Ace Showbiz, the video was filmed in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where the actor is currently doing charity work for the Initiative, along with his mother Chris.

Ben Affleck founded the East Congo Initiative in order to help promote opportunities for economic and social development in the war-stricken region.

The Initiative’s mission, which can be found on their website, reads:

“ECI envisions an eastern Congo vibrant with abundant opportunities for economic and social development, where a robust civil society can flourish. ECI believes that these local, community-based approaches are the key to creating a successful society in eastern Congo. We also believe that public and private partnerships, combined with advocacy that drives public policy change and increased attention, will create new opportunities for the people of eastern Congo.”

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are parents to Violet, 6, Seraphina, 3, and Samuel, 3 months.
