‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: John McGuire Has Real Trouble In ‘BB17’ House
Big Brother 17 spoilers in Week 8 aren’t good for Becky Burgess. These latest Big Brother 17 spoilers aren’t good for John McGuire either, as it shows some huge flaws in how he sees the rest of the BB17 house this season. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Becky Burgess is about to become the Week 8 evictee, with the BB17 house set to vote her out 6-0. A report from fan site Big Brother Network indicates that while John McGuire might be safe this week, he could become the primary target for eviction in Week 9.
It has seemed for a while like Vanessa Rousso was the biggest target left this season, but she keeps figuring out ways to escape eviction. Even with her main alliance of Austin Matelson, Liz Nolan, and Julia Nolan plotting against her, she has found a way to evade even getting nominated this week. While they have toyed with the idea of nominating her next week, that would require Julia or Austin to actually win a Head of Household competition. It seems pretty unlikely with the current list of competitors in the house.
So why do the latest Big Brother 17 spoilers point toward John being doomed? He thinks that Steve Moses is on his own and that he can convince Steve to work with him once Becky gets evicted. John has yet to realize that Steve associates with Vanessa, making it almost guaranteed that Steve will help to save Vanessa should she wind up nominated. This critical error on the part of John means that if it isn’t he, Meg Maley, or James Huling that wins the next HOH, he is likely going home.
With a lot of fans claiming on social media that the show has lost something this season, it might be easy to expect that producers will introduce a new twist in the coming weeks. The BB17 house will likely see someone from the jury house return to the game once there are four members of that jury, but that might not be the only twist coming. There have been powers in past seasons where a house guest could dethrone a HOH or completely change their nominations for eviction. Introducing one of those powers this season could certainly shake things up.
Despite being involved in many of the challenges and winning quite a few of them, John McGuire continues to float through this season of the show. He has to make a big move soon, or the next round of Big Brother 17 spoilers are going to talk about how he will soon be the fourth member of the BB17 jury. It will be interesting to see if the producers show just how alone he is in the house during the Wednesday night (August 19) episode.
