‘Real Housewives Of New York’ Star Carole Radziwill Puts Countess LuAnn De Lesseps In Her Place

Part 1 of the Real Housewives of New York reunion started off all about Bethenny Frankel’s triumphant return, but it ended with Carole Radziwill and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps going head-to-head over Carole’s boyfriend of 10 months, Adam Kenworthy.

The verdict — Round 1 goes to Carole Radziwill without question, and Perez Hilton agrees.

Carole had the Countess speaking in circles, and going back and forth about the reason she is upset that Carole is dating Adam — who once dated LuAnn’s niece and had also worked as her personal chef. Even Andy Cohen seemed confused about why LuAnn was so upset about the relationship.

The back and forth between the Countess and the Princess was awesome, with Carole absolutely coming out on top and finally calling the Countess out on her not-so-Countess-like behavior that has been rumored for years. (And was somewhat caught on camera on the RHONY Season 7 trip to Turks and Caicos.)

De Lesseps: “A one night stand is one thing, but saying that you’re actually living with someone is another. She crossed the line going out with this young guy who is dating my niece.”

Radziwill: “He wasn’t dating your niece. When I met Adam I didn’t know that he dated Nicole. I actually thought LuAnn was interested in him!”

LuAnn then called out Radziwill’s behavior, to which Carole responded: “You pick up men and you f**k them in bathrooms!”

Radziwill added of why de Lesseps really fought with her, “This is all because she got desperate. Desperate housewives do desperate things!”

As we previously reported, Carole also found herself going head-to-head with her seemingly delusional Real Housewives of New York co-star, Sonja Morgan. Morgan — while in a drunken stupor in Atlantic City — claimed to have partied with Madonna and “John John” Kennedy. Carole, whose late husband, Anthony Radziwill, was cousins with John Kennedy Jr., took offense to Sonja’s claims.

“For you to say that you partied with ‘John John’ was not OK because he didn’t party,” Radziwill said of her late friend, before adding that no one who really knew him called him “John John.”

Morgan refused to back down, so Radziwill had to actually ask her to stop talking about her family. Of course, when “family” was brought up, Countess LuAnn had to get in a dig.

“I’m glad you’re concerned about family Carole!” quipped de Lesseps. Which lead Heather Thomson to proclaim, “That’s a low blow, LuAnn!”

But Radziwill didn’t even really acknowledge LuAnn’s comments and instead told Morgan that she finds her claims regarding Kennedy “insensitive.”

“John wasn’t a good partier,” Radziwill said. “He stayed close to his family, and he’s no longer here so I don’t want you talking about him.”

Morgan responded, “I want to talk about it because it was a great time in my life. That’s when people really knew how to party.”

And leave it to Bethenny to call it like it is by simply asking Morgan, “Do you believe your own bulls**t?”
