Josh Lucas And Ex-Wife Jessica Henriquez Living Together Again [Video]

Josh Lucas and Jessica Henriquez, who finalized their divorce just 10 months ago, are now rumored to be living together again. Despite their divorce, it seems Lucas and Jessica still love each other, and want to be there for each other as their son, Noah, grows up.

Lucas, known best for his role in the hit movie Sweet Home Alabama, was married to Jessica Henriquez for only two years before the couple divorced during a vacation in Turks and Caicos, reports People. But even though “the marriage is over…they will still be there for each other,” a source close to Josh and Jessica told the magazine. The source added that through it all, Josh Lucas and Henriquez “are very supportive of each other, especially as parents.”

According to People, that includes living under the same roof again. “Josh and Jessica are living together now, in New York City with Noah, their son,” a source revealed. “They moved in because she starts grad school at Columbia University in September and Josh’s show [Mysteries of Laura] has him working insane hours.”

About her marriage to Lucas, Jessica revealed that it was love at first sight. “It was one of those weird, chance, classic New York meetings,” Henriquez said in an interview with The Huffington Post. “I don’t believe in love at first sight at all, but lightning definitely struck. There was something there between both of us and we were both kind of blown away.”

In the same interview, Jessica opened up about surviving cervical cancer, and explained that when she met Josh, she told him right away since, “this is something big and this could be a relationship” she said. Henriquez confessed she told Josh and, “I just blurted out. ‘I’m sick,’ and he was the first person I told. It was terrifying to say it out loud because it gave it power and made it real, and it meant that I had cancer.” Josh Lucas, completely smitten, told Jessica about her cancer, “Well, that’s going to be a problem for me…because I’m already in this.”

The illness didn’t matter to Josh, and after just six weeks, the love-struck couple were engaged. Henriquez revealed, “We were in San Francisco, and inside Grace Cathedral he asked me to marry him. He was on one knee, it was very romantic, and I asked him, “Why?” I wanted to know why [Josh] wanted to marry me after six weeks.” It seems feelings like that are hard to quell, and despite their divorce, Josh Lucas and Jessica Henriquez are committed to caring for their son together, under the same roof.
