Heidi Klum versus Donald Trump has become a verbal battle. When Heidi found herself the target of the man-who-would-be-president, Klum responded promptly with her social media comments and video after she learned about Donald’s slam, reported MSN.
Trump just received backlash for his commentary about reporter Megyn Kelly. But undeterred, he focused on Heidi, opining about the 42-year-old Klum’s appearance. Donald did preface his remarks with what seemed like an alibi.
“Sometimes I do go a little bit far,” said Trump. “Heidi Klum. Sadly, she’s no longer a 10.”
The America’s Got Talent judge has been working on the show in NYC, and Heidi didn’t need to ask Vito Schnabel, her 28-year-old boyfriend, to speak up on her behalf. Klum made it clear that she’s honed her critiquing talents by tweeting right back at Donald and trumped Trump with a video.
“#TrumpHasSpoken #sadly #9.99 #NoLongerA10 #IHadAGoodRun #donaldtrump #HeidiTrumpsTrump #BeautyIsInTheEyeOfTheBeheld,” posted Heidi.
In addition to Klum, Donald dissed Rosie O’Donnell after Kelly asked him about misogynistic descriptions of women as “slobs” and “fat pigs.”
“Only Rosie O’Donnell,” said Trump.
Donald then followed up criticizing Megyn in a separate interview, which caused even more of a backlash for Trump.
“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes,” said Trump about Kelly. “Blood coming out of her wherever.”
O’Donnell discussed her analysis of Donald’s comments on SiriusXM’s Just Jenny, reported Entertainment Tonight.
“Bigger than any specific people, there is a war on women that is happening in this country,” stated Rosie firmly. “Women fought for equality in this country, and right now, politically, it’s being taken away from us… Let’s get off the period talk unless you’re going to be empowering.”
O’Donnell previously responded on Twitter to Trump’s statement that he had referred to Rosie as a “fat pig” and a “slob.”
“Try explaining that 2 ur kids,” tweeted O’Donnell.
As the Inquisitr reported, Donald’s comments at the Republican debate caused a firestorm of controversy for the GOP candidate.
Trump’s initial slam occurred when Megyn Kelly, in her role as Republican debate moderator, started to ask Donald about being misogynistic, based on his previous descriptions of women as slobs and fat pigs. Trump didn’t even let Kelly complete her query before he slammed back, referencing Rosie as the only one.
Kelly then responded.
“For the record, it was well beyond Rosie O’Donnell,” said Megyn.
“Yes, I’m sure it was,” said Trump.
Kelly then pressed Donald about his misogynistic social media comments regarding how women look, as well as some sexist remarks about women on Celebrity Apprentice. But Trump slammed Megyn for trying to discuss what he termed as time-wasting, politically correct behavior.
“I’ve been challenged by so many people and I don’t frankly have time for total political correctness, and to be honest with you, this country doesn’t have time either,” said Trump.
