Ramona Singer’s New Man In Financial Trouble: Peter Owed Creditors $400,000

Ramona Singer has been working very hard on finding herself after her husband’s betrayal. For many years, Singer thought she had the best relationship with her husband, Mario Singer. But Mario had a mid-life crisis and struggled to find himself in their marriage. Ramona had found tremendous success with The Real Housewives of New York, and he couldn’t handle her success.

Ramona Singer filed for divorce, and she is still trying to settle the major assets they had together. But it didn’t take long for Ramona to start dating again, as she wanted to have a man in her life. Her business partner, Peter Guimaraes, co-owns the New York City’s AOA Bar & Grill with Singer, and the two have been hanging out while filming.

According to a new Radar Online report, Ramona Singer is now learning that Peter might not be the man for her. Singer has worked very hard on her fortune and she has made smart business decisions. She has never filed for bankruptcy. But Peter supposedly has financial troubles and he could owe some money. The 50-year-old business man filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy when his Connecticut eatery went under in August, 2009.

At the time, Guimaraes claimed his Dulce Restaurant in Hartford owed creditors approximately $400,000. This was long before he met Ramona Singer. What could these expenses have been? Well, he owed $95,000 to the landlord, $35,000 to an electric company, $8,000 to a dairy company, and $4,000 in taxes to the state of Connecticut. Of course, that’s nowhere near $400,000, so more must be have been on the list.

Singer may be trying to figure out what to do in this situation. As Luann de Lesseps discovered while filming, Peter had dated Ramona Singer‘s estranged husband’s fling, Kasey Dexter. Kasey and Mario are no longer together, and he has been spotted on dating sites. But one has to wonder if Ramona would want to date someone who has a link to her estranged husband’s affair.

But Singer continues to try and redefine herself after this affair. But her method doesn’t sit well with some of her co-stars, including Bethenny Frankel. But Singer may be looking for her moment of fame as she continues to pull new stunts. According to the Inquisitr, Ramona did something new on the reunion this year.
