Having ‘Manservants’ Is A New Thing [NSFW Video]

The YouTube video simply titled #ManServants has gained more than 640,000 views. Perhaps because it begins in a raunchy manner, with bridal party participants cringing when a fireman stripper shows up and begins gyrating his crotch in the face of the bride-to-be. “I don’t feel pretty,” says the wording overlay, and that’s where the video urges people not to buy strippers for brides — and only to do so if they hate their friend. Instead, they should get the woman a manservant, the kind of guy who can pour champagne into her glass at the pool, scrub her floors, or fix things around the house.

“This is a real service.”

The video reminds folks that “Manservants” is a real business.

Indeed, on Instagram, more than 600 posts show up under the manservants hashtag. One of those Manservants_co Instagram posts hash-tagged #ManServants talks about the service making its way onto the Today show.

“#Manservants catering to the reigning queens of #NBC, Meredith & Hoda! Now that’s what we like to see while we drink our morning.@todayshow @nbctv

Another Instagram post about the service found on the Instagram page, titled “danielseunglee,” writes about the Manservants’ service launching in New York.

“So proud of@dearjosephine for launching@manservants_co in New York! If you’re looking for some hot, classy dudes for your next bachelor(ette)/birthday/whatever party, these guys will make you feel like a king/queen! #manservants

Indeed, with plenty of single and married women alike not necessarily finding male strippers grinding in their faces the ultimate sexy move, it’s easy to see why a service that provides manservants taking off. Who wouldn’t want their “honey do” lists taken care of without having to bother a boyfriend or husband or find the time to take care of such tasks themselves. Some women in 2015 find themselves having more money than time — and are more than willing to pay someone else to take care of such takes.

However, those who remember the history lessons of slavery might be put off a bit by seeing men — especially African-American men — being called a “manservant” and seen in the video holding an umbrella over a woman or on his knees like a servant. There’s no telling how these factors will affect the business.

The Manservants website lets people book their own manservant in specific areas.

As reported by the Inquisitr, other videos going viral lately include a University of Alabama sorority video on YouTube.
