Nicki Minaj Concert Cut Short By A Violent Brawl

Nicki Minaj has had a trying few months filled with controversies and feuds. Starting with the feud she’s been embroiled in mainly involving her boyfriend, Meek Mill, and Drake, it began with a tweet from Nicki Minaj’s beau, who stated that he did not want to be compared to Drake as the rapper did not write his own lyrics.

Meek Mill @MeekMill
Stop comparing drake to me too…. He don’t write his own raps! That’s why he ain’t tweet my album because we found out!

Meek was taking issue with Drake for not tweeting to his fans about his newly released album dubbed Dreams Worth More Than Money. He cited the main reason to be the fact that he and his team had uncovered the truth about him not writing his own lyrics.

Mill followed the first tweet with another that read as follows.

Meek Mill @MeekMill
He ain’t even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album….. I don’t trick my fans! Lol

Diss tracks from both sides followed after the Twitter exchange. However, it seems like it’s over after Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend, apologized to Drake on Instagram a few days ago. The following was the caption.

“We really only focusing on making it out that’s the only war we fighting….I’m not entertaining no rap/real beef over drake s/o a rapper!”!… I never shoulda entertained it bcuz it won’t bring me no money or success..Ima take blame for it even tho ‘I can stand’ anything I do or say and n****az know.”

This is as reported by IB Times.

The beef between the two is said to have negatively impacted on Nicki Minaj’s tour ticket sales. According to Philly, the Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj concert ticket prices dropped sharply after the former called out Drake from $179 to $148 for 20 tickets.

Fast forward to today, Nicki Minaj’s concert was cut short by a brawl. According to TMZ, it started with a lot of pushing and shoving among the audience towards the end of the show, which was held in Concord, California, and that’s when all hell broke loose.

A fan who got pepper sprayed in the commotion was invited onto the stage by Nicki. The incident prompted Nicki Minaj to stop the show. However, it is still unclear whether anyone was arrested.
