‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: Who Won The Second August 13 Head Of Household Competition?

Big Brother 17 spoilers from August 13 now also include the endurance challenge winner. Though a lot of Big Brother 17 spoilers came out on Thursday night, many CBS viewers and live feed fans want to know who won that final HOH competition of the night. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Shelli Poole and Jackie Ibarra were voted out during a double eviction night. The latest episode ended before the BB17 house could have a new Head of Household though. A late report from fan site Joker’s Updates confirms there is now a new person in power.

Liz Nolan won the HOH, giving her alliance a lot of power moving forward. Her victory even led to a nice kiss from yup Austin Matelson as the showmance couple continued to do well in BB17. Though Julia Nolan would like to see the pair split up, it seems that the trio could go far in the game if they can simply stick together. By Liz winning the HOH, it almost guarantees that Vanessa Rousso will live through another week in the house. Though past installments of Big Brother 17 spoilers seemed to indicate she didn’t have a future in the house, she continues to survive.

This almost certainly means that Meg Maley and James Huling are very close to getting nominated for eviction. While Liz hasn’t formally announced who her Week 8 targets are going to be, that pair is the biggest obstacle to the current alliance in power making it further in the game. It’s always possible that Steve Moses or John McGuire could be used as pawns (again), but they might get a reprieve from being up on the block again. If Vanessa get into the ear of Liz, it’s also possible that last week’s HOH (Becky Burgess) could also become a big target in the next week.

The next episode of the BB17 is on Sunday, August 16, where CBS viewers will find out how the latest Head of Household competition turned out. It will definitely show how Liz Nolan stepped up in a big way, gaining power when she really needed to make a game move. It gives showmance partner Austin Matelson and twin sister Julia Nolan instant safety, but anything can happen in the course of a week. One possible way that Big Brother 17 spoilers could shock fans in the next week, is if the producers throw a wrinkle like a Diamond Veto into the mix.

Stay tuned fans of the show, because the BB17 house is going to get really exciting again in Week 8.
