‘Destiny: The Taken King’ Twitch Reveal Schedule, First Look Inside Dreadnaught In September
Destiny fans anxious to get a better look at what is coming with The Taken King will want to pay attention to Bungie’s Twitch channel for the next three Wednesdays. The developer is giving a deep dive reveal into different aspects of the PlayStation and Xbox expansion culminating in the first look into the patrols on Oryx’s Dreadnaught.
The first look into Destiny: The Taken King will take place on Wednesday, August 19, and explains how the Tower is changing along with how the separation of Guardian’s light level and overall level will work. The latter is something covered for Inquisitr already, and we’ve got an idea on how it works already, but Bungie is bound to go further into the particulars.

The second Twitch stream happens on Wednesday, August 26, and will take viewers through a new Strike versus the Cabal on the Dreadnaught, plus how boss battles are changing. That’s something covered today, but again, a deeper look and video to boot.
This all leads into the final livestream featuring the new Patrol area on the Dreadnaught. Game Informer confirmed that players will not be summoning their Sparrows here, but that’s because the massive ship isn’t designed for that. Instead, there are lots of nooks and crannies to explore with hidden goodies and mini-boss encounters to initiate.
