Ali And Aleeah Simms Go To Kindergarten, ‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Shares Photo

Ali and Aleeah Simms attended their first day of kindergarten on August 11. As the drama between their parents, Leah Messer and Corey Simms, continues to play out on Teen Mom 2 Season 6, Ali and Aleeah posed for a photo with their mother in the hallway of their school.

“2015 First day of Kindergarten,” Messer wrote on Facebook, along with a photo of her and Simms’ 5-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

Ali and Aleeah were born in 2009, just months before their parents tied the knot. Although the marriage between Messer and Simms seemed to start off on a good foot, things quickly took a turn for the worse, and by early 2011, they had parted ways following Messer’s admission to cheating on Ali and Aleeah’s father with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd. After the end of the marriage, Messer wed for a second time in April, 2012, this time to Jeremy Calvert, who filed for divorce from Ali and Aleeah’s mom in November, 2014, amid rumors she slept with Kidd the previous month.

Following two failed marriages, Ali and Aleeah’s mom is dating a new man, Theodore “T.R.” Dues, and according to reports, they are living together in Charleston, West Virginia, along with Messer’s twins, Ali and Aleeah, and Dues’ two sons, Tyshawn and Angelo.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Ali and Aleeah’s mother is said to be involved in a feud with her boyfriend’s children’s mother, Mandy Winnell, who doesn’t want her children to be around the reality star unsupervised. On August 12, Radar Online claimed Winnell was angry about Messer’s step-mom antics, and felt she was stepping on her toes.

“Leah and T.R. just moved into a new house, and decided to start keeping the boys over all the time — even though technically Mandy has full custody. Mandy has tried playing nice, but they are walking all over her… Mandy isn’t at all okay with Leah watching her sons without T.R. present. The whole situation is a mess!”

Ali and Aleeah have been a hot topic throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2. During the show, Messer and Simms have been seen in a custody battle, during which Messer has been labeled “unfit.” However, while Ali and Aleeah’s mother appears to be overwhelmed with her parental responsibility, she has yet to lose custody of the girls.
