Jennifer Lawrence And Chris Martin: Relationship Doomed Due To Exes?

The relationship between Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin has been one that, from the public viewpoint, is consistently mysterious and sometimes seemingly non-existent, seeing as the couple ensures to rarely be caught out in public in one another’s company.

Earlier reports claimed that Martin preferred to keep the relationship low key for the sake of his little ones, at least until his divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow is finalized. However, the romance, or lack thereof, between Lawrence and Martin has led to reports that the two are struggling to make a go of things, seeing as they are caught up in difficulties with their exes.

Movie News Guide relays the current claims about the talented couple.

“Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin, one of the most elusive couples in Hollywood, are rumored to have their respective exes back in their lives. The couple got engaged after splitting twice in the past, but now with their old partners back in the picture, where will their relationship go?”

And as for the alleged engagement, reports have surfaced that Lawrence and Martin have now called off the engagement, although the truth remains to be verified by either party. Sources had earlier been expressive about Lawrence’s closeness with her ex, Nicholas Hoult, who she was reacquainted with on the set of the film X-Men Apocalypse.

Back in July, the Daily Mail reported that Martin and Lawrence had split, and that JLaw had headed back to Hoult after being frustrated in her relationship with Martin and his drawn out separation from Paltrow.

A source shared with the publication that “Jen has been working nonstop and they never saw each other.” The source adds that “more recently, Jen has been spending time with Nicholas, who she has been filming the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse movie with.”

Martin has also understandably been remaining involved in the life of his ex, Gwyneth, for the sake of the children. Movie News Guide relays the situation that has got the Coldplay front man linked to the Ironman actress and possibly has also got Lawrence a bit frustrated.

“The Coldplay singer has been in touch with his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, the actress for the sake of co-parenting their children Apple, 11, and Moses, 9. In fact, Martin took the family on a vacation to Puerto Vallerta, Mexico in April this year.”

However, as non-existent as the relationship which JLaw and Martin seem to have, the two have been known to fool the public in the past by faking a split in order to keep out of the media spotlight. Additionally, as PopSugar relayed, Lawrence and Martin have been spotted house-hunting in New York City for a place that will accommodate Martin and his two children when needed.

The high-profile pair, who are constantly in the spotlight, could quite possibly be continuing to throw onlookers off their romantic trail. All may be as well as could be in the romance of Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin.
