Kristen Taekman is in Los Angeles amid rumors of a possible spinoff with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville. Last week, Glanville told fans her spinoff with Kristen Taekman was “happening,” and hinted it would be announced on Wednesday. Now, just one day ahead of the potential show reveal, Kristen Taekman has ironically landed on the west coast.
“LA bound! Jfk-Lax ::)))” Kristen Taekman told fans on Instagram on August 10.
Two days prior, after Glanville tweeted to Kristen Taekman about her nail polish line, the Real Housewives of New York star offered the following response.
Kristen Taekman joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City during the series’ sixth season alongside Ramona Singer, Heather Thomson, LuAnn de Lesseps, Carole Radziwill, Aviva Drescher, and others. Meanwhile, Kristen Taekman’s longtime friend, Glanville, has been starring on the series’ Beverly Hills-based franchise since the show’s second season.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville told fans a spinoff was “happening” with her and Kristen Taekman last week after a fan suggested the idea.
A short while later, Glanville again teased of the possible series with Kristen Taekman, telling another fan she would be talking about “it all” tomorrow.
@hillbillyrimes I think next Wednesday I’ll will be able to talk about it all! :)

As for the continuation of Kristen Taekman’s role with the Real Housewives, she may have reason to be concerned. Earlier this month, a source told the New York Daily News’ Confidenti@l that Kristen Taekman was on the chopping block with Bravo, who was eyeing a new housewife for Season 8.
According to the source, Lora Drasner has been approached to come aboard, and Kristen Taekman may lose her job.
“She’s been offered a slot multiple times and is speaking with producers, but she is doing her due diligence. She is asking a million questions and asking current cast members out to lunch and shopping trips to try to feel them out… She’s interested (in Real Housewives), but she’s not sure what it entails. Bravo really really wants her.”
For more of Kristen Taekman, tune into tonight’s season finale of The Real Housewives of New York City at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Following the final episode of the seventh season, Bethenny Frankel will make a guest appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
