Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards reportedly stole over $600 in merchandise from a Target store in Van Nuys, California, earlier this month, and on August 10, details regarding what she allegedly took have been revealed.
In a report by Page Six, it was noted that the former Real Housewives star stole “animal crackers and color books,” among other things.

In photos from the incident, a Conair mirror, as well as other beauty products were seen, but the majority of the items stolen appeared to be toys, which is a bit odd considering the former Real Housewives star’s children are all grown and she doesn’t yet have any grandchildren. In fact, the only Richards sister with a young child is Kyle Richards, and she and Kim haven’t been on the best terms in recent months.
Last week, two days after the former Real Housewives star’s arrest, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office offered the following statement to Page Six.
“Richards was caught by store security attempting to take more than 100 items valued at approximately $612. They were in the shopping cart and she was not concealing them. She just rolled out.”
In addition, the statement claimed the former Real Housewives star was not known to be “under the influence” at the time of her arrest, “although toxicology is not generally done with shoplifting cases.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Lisa Vanderpump, Richards’ former co-star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, recently spoke out about her arrest, and the latest comments about her being phony, during a new interview. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at an event on Saturday, Vanderpump admitted she was hurt when she discovered the former Real Housewives star was speaking badly of her.
“That kind of really stung because I feel that I have never involved myself too much in questioning her sobriety. Even last season, I said very much I don’t want to get involved because I didn’t feel like I was that close to her. That really hurt because I thought, ‘Hold on a second, I’ve always supported you and always wanted the best for you.'”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return to Bravo for Season 6 this winter. Although it hasn’t yet been made official by Bravo, it has been reported that Kim Richards will not be seen on Season 6 in any capacity.
