Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Husband, Plans New Funeral Amid Lawsuit’s Murder Claims

Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband, is planning a new funeral where he says only the “real family” will attend. Meanwhile, the rest of the family claims Gordon may have something to do with the death of Whitney Houston’s daughter, and they have filed a lawsuit alleging that it may be a case of murder.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, Bobby Brown has previously claimed that “Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon,” but Bobbi Kristina’s engagement ring was seen hanging around the neck of Gordon on a chain.

“The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family. Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart,” said Gordon’s mother in a statement. “Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.”

Some friends and family do not believe Gordon Brown is sincere. Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, has filed the wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon, alleging that Gordon was illegally transferring money from Bobbi Kristina’s bank account into his own, as well as assaulting her physically and emotionally.

“I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count for wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown.”

The lawsuit against Nick Gordon claims that Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend became angry after watching a security footage video. Gordon then allegedly created a “toxic cocktail” which caused Bobbi Kristina to pass out before he placed her in the bathtub while face down. Shortly later, Gordon changed clothes, went back out into the living room, laid his head on the feet of a female guest, and allegedly said, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

Nick Gordon’s lawyer has responded to the allegations made by the lawsuit.

“The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless,” Jose Baez wrote. “Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.”

Police have yet to have Nick Gordon arrested, despite the allegations by the lawsuit. In addition, no evidence of foul play was found by the Fulton County Medical Examiner when the autopsy was performed on Bobbi Kristina’s body. Rumors claimed that Gordon had knocked out her teeth and caused bruises, but nothing was found.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Nick Gordon is also planning to recreate Bobbi Kristina’s funeral. Writing on Facebook, Gordon told a friend named Mason Whitaker about his plans.

“We will have our own service remembering and honoring Krissi. Only the real family that actually was there for her will attend.”

Brown’s first funeral service was held on August 1, 2015. Gordon had requested that he be allowed to attend, but he did not appear at the service.
