Tia Mowry: ‘Instant Mom’ Star Takes Pics With Family At Disneyland

Actress Tia Mowry spent some quality time with her family at Disneyland- and she has the pictures to prove it!

The Instant Mom star took quite a few pictures this weekend of her family vacation at Disneyland, spending quality time with her husband Cory Hardrict and their son.

Apparently, Tia’s youngest brother Tavior Mowry came along for the ride, too. Each of the pictures were shared on Tia’s official Instagram page Saturday.

In addition to taking an adorable selfie with her husband, the Hardrict family even took a picture with Minnie Mouse herself.

After dating one another for nearly six years, Cory Hardrict and Tia Mowry took their relationship to the next level when they got engaged on December 25, 2006. The couple later became husband and wife in April 2008.

A little more than three years later, Tia Mowry became a mother in real-life when she gave birth to Cree Taylor on June 28, 2011.

In an October 2012 interview with Ebony magazine, Tia opened up about motherhood, how it changed her and what she learned from the overall experience.

“I’ve learned a lot about myself actually. I’ve learned how to be more patient. When you don’t have a child and you’re a hard worker who’s always on the go, you’re on a fast pace. But when you have a child you have to learn how to slow down and just be patient. My son gets me to enjoy the simple things in life. I really, enjoy just going to the park and spending an hour with him at the park now. At the park, I’m just another mommy hanging out with the other moms and watching our kids play and I love that.”

Tia Mowry also opened up about her marriage to Cory Hardrict – including how his spirituality and love for God was a major source of attraction for her in the first place.

“Well number one, he loves God. Everything that he does, he goes to God about it first. He’s a strong man of faith and prayer. I find that very important for me because I am the same way. This business is hard and I needed someone who would say ‘Tia, get on your knees and pray,’– whether it’s business-wise or personal — and that’s what I love about Cory. Cory is a warrior and that’s why we named our son Cree because Cree means ‘warrior.'”

In addition to being a family woman in the real world, Tia Mowry has also played a mother and wife on television. Recently, she returned to the popular BET series The Game for the series finale earlier this week.
