Eva Mendes Gets Blushy over Ryan Gosling on Ellen

While both are playing coy and keeping quiet, we can all be at least pretty sure that Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are dating. Too bad Ellen DeGeneres won’t settle for anything less than pretty damn sure – while she didn’t get direct confirmation from Mendes about her apparent relationship with Gosling, she sure got close with the giggly and blushing actress.

According to People, DeGeneres showed a clip of the 31-year-old Gosling working out in onesie PJ’s on a recent ep of Ellen, and drew a comparison to Mendes, saying that she knows that the 38-year-old actress is also fond of that particular type of nightwear. DeGeneres jokingly suggested that Mendes should strike up a conversation with Gosling over their shared love of onesies, however stipulating, “I don’t know if you ever run into him, if you know him in any way, or see him ever.”

Mendes played along. “So ask Gosling about the onesie. Okay, note to self. Ask Gosling about the onesie,” she said.

DeGeneres’ follow-up to that caused the actress to blush. “So you just call him by the last name?” DeGeneres asked. “You don’t call him Ryan? You just call him Gosling – when you see him ever?” Mendes covered her face with her hands and hair as an assistant brought out a pair of onesies for both Mendes and Gosling.

“Because he likes them so much, when you see him – if you see him if you run into him – I’ve got a gift that I think both of you would have fun [with],” DeGeneres poked. “[This could] especially [work] as an icebreaker when you meet him for the first time.”

Mendes pulled herself together, replying, “If I happen to see him tonight, I will give this to him,” continuing, “I’m saying if I run in – you never know”
