Zayn Malik Breaks Silence With A Cryptic Tweet After Split From Perrie Edwards [Update]
Former One Direction member Zayn Malik, 22-years-old, broke his silence on social media after splitting from former fiancée Perrie Edwards. Malik reportedly dumped Perrie by text message. Late Wednesday, seeming referring to his broken engagement, Malik tweeted, “You just can’t do enough for some people, I guess.” Twitter users were divided over what Zayn meant by his tweet.

Some headlines tout Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards aren’t doing well after their breakup, while other headlines proclaim the former duo appear to be unaffected. Zayn was allegedly spotted out partying last night in Los Angeles at Warwick nightclub on Sunset Boulevard. Malik celebrated his solo record deal with RCA last week before reportedly inviting girls back to his home afterward.
A source told the Mirror, “He was at Warwick nightclub again on Wednesday and most of the paparazzi missed him because they were at a party attended by Rita Ora and Nick Jonas… People were also hinting that he might have split with Perrie before it came out because he was spotted leaving another club he goes to on a Friday with a few girls and couple of guys.”
After partying at the club, Zayn Malik “favorited” a photo of Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner dressed in a Dolce and Gabbana netted lace rose embroidered dress. Kylie posted the pic on July 31. Rumors sparked about Zayn Malik’s possible romantic interest in Kylie. Does Zayn have a crush on her now that he’s a free man?
So, how has Perrie Edwards been doing after being dumped by Zayn Malik? The Little Mix singer and her pop group have been busy promoting their new single, “Black Magic,” and upcoming album in Los Angeles.
Perrie told E! News, “I’m good, thank you,” when asked how she’s been handling the split from Malik.
A source told E! News that Zayn and Perrie reportedly split a few weeks ago, before the breakup became public knowledge.
“Her friends are rallying around her,” the source said. “They split a few weeks ago. Her close friends have told her she’s better off without him.”
