Judy Huth: Bill Cosby Playboy Mansion Sexual Assault Takes The Comedian To Court

Judy Huth will be one the first Bill Cosby accusers to bring the accused comedian to court. Bill has been ordered to submit a deposition for a case involving allegations that he molested a 15-year-old Judy at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, reported The Guardian.

Huth’s lawyer, Gloria Allred — who is spearheading several cases against Cosby — told New York Daily News that she plans to be there for the moment when Cosby delivers his deposition, something that she has previously stated her desire for.

“We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth’s case, and we look forward to taking Mr. Cosby’s deposition… I will be there in the room with one of my law partners. We will decide closer to the date if my partner will take the depo or if I will take it.”

Allred has also been pushing for a furthering of the statute of limitations for sexual assault cases. As Judy was a minor at the time of the alleged sexual assault, she was still able to pursue her case against Bill due to a California law that makes an exception for unreported cases. Huth’s father, Robert, told NY Daily News that he hoped his daughter’s case would be successful.

“I hope he gets what’s coming to him. I still don’t know everything that happened, but I know he’s a real lowlife.”

In court documents, Judy said that Cosby took her and another 16-year-old friend for a weekend at a tennis club after meeting them at a movie shoot. Huth alleges that Bill “served them alcoholic beverages and played games of billiards” before leading them to the Playboy Mansion, reported CNN.

“He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Apart from Huth’s new day in court with Cosby, only one another accuser has managed to get him there. Andrea Constand ended up with an out-of-court settlement in 2006, but this year petitioned for her trial’s record to go public, partially in order to help cases like Judy’s. There, Bill admitted to drugging women with Quaaludes, reported People.

“I meet Ms. [name redacted] in Las Vegas. She meets me back stage. I give her Quaaludes. We then have sex. “
